Position Summary:
- Seeking to expand the labor and employment practice in Portland office
- Join a growing, national law firm with friendly, collegial culture and no debt
- Leadership qualities expected with Oregon bar admission required

Salary Information:
- Compensation dependent on factors such as book of business, billable hours, and experience
- Minimum of $500,000 portable business required for lateral partner candidates
- Inquiries welcome from established partner candidates

Responsibilities:
- Expand and develop labor and employment practice in Portland office
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Maintain and grow own book of business
- Participate in firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law practice
- Established book of business with minimum of $500,000 portable business

Qualifications:
