H2: Job Requirements To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: - 9 years of experience in labor and employment law - Ability to provide practical advice and counsel to clients - Experience with preparing for and attending arbitrations and administrative hearings (PERB, etc.) - Familiarity with reviewing contracts and providing general legal counsel - Team player who can also work autonomously and mentor others
H2: Bonus Skills While not required, the following skills are a plus: - Experience with CalPERS rules and benefits - Interest in handling additional municipal law matters such as public contracting, governance, or Public Records Act responses
