Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate in Denver, Colorado Salary: Expected range of $185,000 to $220,000 based on experience, location, and other job-related factors Experience: 5 years of employment litigation experience Employment Type: Full Time Location: Denver, Colorado
Ogletree Deakins, a leading labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join their expanding practice in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will play a major role in employment litigation and advice matters, with ample opportunities for client interaction and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings - Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations - Draft position statements, dispositive motions, and employee handbooks/policies - Provide excellent client service and contribute to practice development - Participate in writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor and active law license in good standing in Colorado - 5 years of employment litigation experience - Strong analytical and writing skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Passion for client service and practice development - Top 25% of law school class preferred - Experience in Human Resources/Management a plus
Salary & Benefits:
