Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and file documents in state and federal court. - Organize and summarize discovery responses and deposition transcripts. - Obtain and compile necessary materials for litigation files. - Maintain case calendar and docket court filings and deadlines. - Draft correspondence and assist attorneys in case preparation. - Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and the court. - Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. - Paralegal certificate preferred but not required. - Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Excellent organizational and attention to detail. - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work accurately and thoroughly. - Problem-solving and research skills. - Team player with a professional demeanor.
