Job Description:

The Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Legal Case Manager to join our esteemed litigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client case files and providing exceptional legal service and support to our clients. This is a fast-paced and fun environment, and we are looking for someone with administrative wizardry, excellent communication skills, and process management capability to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client case files and ensure all necessary documents and information are up-to-date and organized
• Communicate with clients regularly and provide updates on their case progress
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as needed
• Assist with trial preparation and attend court hearings as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for managing client cases

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in litigation and client management required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
