Job Title: Law Clerk Experience: 1L, 2L, 3L Salary: Dependent on experience
Law Firm is seeking ambitious and driven law students to join our law clerk program. We have both summer and year-round positions available for 1L, 2L, and 3L candidates. As a law clerk, you will have the opportunity to work on current and high-profile cases, gaining real hands-on experience in the legal field. Our law clerks play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and are involved in all aspects of the legal process, from research to trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and organize information for legal documents - Conduct legal research on various topics and laws - Compile case materials and assist with document review - Draft reports and memoranda for attorneys - Aid in trial preparation and attend court proceedings
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school - Strong academic background and excellent research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- 1L, 2L, or 3L law student - Previous legal experience is preferred but not required
