Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in patent litigation cases in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States - Handle parallel post-grant proceedings in the Patent Office - Work with a variety of clients, from startups to established companies in the technology and life sciences industries - Utilize technical and scientific expertise to develop innovative strategies for successful outcomes - Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand business needs and related industries
Qualifications:
- One to six years of experience in patent litigation - Superior academic credentials - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills - Barred in the state of the office the candidate is applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
Benefits and Compensation:

We also provide a competitive base salary and a discretionary bonus based on performance. The anticipated range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000, but the actual salary may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, and location.
