Key Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents and contracts - Assist with due diligence and document review - Attend client meetings and assist with case management - Participate in negotiations and settlements - Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar - 1-3 years of experience for junior associates and 3-5 years for mid-level associates - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in legal research tools and software - Prior experience in corporate, real estate, or litigation is a plus
