Experience Requirements: - 0-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration or fiduciary litigation - Background in marital property disputes, guardianships, trust modification and reformation preferred but not required - Strong academic and career achievements
Responsibilities: - Handle both transactional trusts and estates work (50%) and fiduciary litigation work (50%) - Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal advice and services - Participate in client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Qualifications: - Law degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (or willing to become admitted) - Strong analytical, research, and writing skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
