Job Description: - Handle a variety of business litigation matters for diverse clients - Extensive experience in corporate and securities litigation, complex contract disputes, real estate construction disputes, environmental litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property protection, data breach disputes, products liability disputes, and insurance recovery litigation - Interact directly with clients, work independently and as part of a team - Provide highest quality service to clients - Opportunity for career growth through training and mentoring programs - Competitive salary and benefits package offered
Requirements: - Zero to two years of litigation experience - Preferably clerkship experience - Candidates with no law firm experience and coming out of a judicial clerkship will also be considered - Practical, solution-oriented, and collaborative practice style - Strong academic credentials and writing skills - Excellent communication skills - Commitment to providing highest quality service to clients
