The law firm, Clyde & Co, is seeking two candidates with 0-7 years PQE to join their Insurance, Financial and Professional Disputes team in their Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a varied workload covering professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution work.
The Role
The Junior Associate/Associate/Senior Associate positions will involve running a case load of files in compliance with the firm's service level agreements with insurers. The successful candidates will also assist in the defence of high value and complex claims, communicate effectively with clients, and capture and record management information. The role will also include sheriff court advocacy and business development opportunities.
