Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Level of Independence: High level of ability to work independently and be able to properly prioritize the work to be done. Physical Exertion Requirements: Light Work as defined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics Schedule Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours as required or on special weekends as requested. Driving History: Driving a University vehicle is not a requirement of this position, but submission of driving data is required. Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data in multiple systems across various departments. Verify, review, and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support teams with administrative tasks related to data processing. Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any issues. Learn and adapt to different department processes and software.
