Education Information
- JD degree required - Admitted to practice in Puerto Rico - Licensed and in good standing as a notary public
Responsibilities
- Overseeing diligence on M&A and other transactions - Drafting, revising, and negotiating commercial contracts - Representing clients in daily matters - Opportunities for growth and varied experiences within the practice
Experience
- Banking and/or Real Estate experience preferred
