The International Tax Intern will work with a leading provider of professional services to support clients in various industries. They will have the opportunity to work on multiple team engagements, gaining experience in outbound and inbound structuring, foreign tax credits, tax planning and research, worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and more. This is a full-time position located in Denver Downtown, with a competitive hourly rate of $31-$38 per hour.

Summary:
The International Tax Intern at RSM will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in different industries, developing strong relationships and gaining valuable experience in international taxation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with strategic, integrated tax solutions focused on outbound and inbound structuring - Demonstrate knowledge of foreign tax credits and complete tax planning and research - Develop understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes - Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning - Work with businesses around the world to build successful cross-border tax strategies
Requirements:
- Completed 90 credit hours towards a B.A./B.S./J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited university - Major in Accounting - Ability to travel to client locations and access reliable transportation - Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
