Responsibilities: - Develop and execute internal communications initiatives in alignment with the firm's brand, strategy, and leadership priorities. - Work closely with the Office of the CEO to develop key messages and ensure consistency across communication channels. - Lead internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement and reinforce strategic priorities. - Create compelling written content for various formats, adapting messaging for different audiences. - Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm and oversee internal communication channels. - Drive planning and execution of firm-wide internal engagement events. - Bring creative and innovative approaches to internal communications. - Ensure all communications reflect the firm's brand and culture. - Act as an ambassador for the internal communications team and support major ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of internal communications experience, preferably in a law firm or large professional services environment. - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field. - Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software.
Salary and Benefits: - Annualized salary range of $122,700 - $145,000, with potential for discretionary bonus. - Eligibility for fringe benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans.
