They are currently seeking an Intellectual Property Intern to assist with various projects related to their clinical pipeline and R&D programs/platforms. Location: - Cambridge, Massachusetts (transportation to Cambridge is required)

Experience: - Currently enrolled in law school and have completed the first year. - Must have an undergraduate degree, and preferably an advanced degree, in the life sciences or chemical sciences. - Familiarity with BlueRock's technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive searches for 3rd party IP related to regenerative medicines. - Assist with comprehensive searches for 3rd party publications related to regenerative medicines. - Research relevant caselaw and present findings to the IP/Legal team. - Assess regulatory communications with existing partners and assist with redactions. - Work closely with the IP/Legal team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in law school. - Undergraduate degree, preferably with an advanced degree, in life sciences or chemical sciences. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Must be 18 years of age by the start of the internship.
