Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from potential clients and schedule appointments with attorneys - Build initial client relationships and establish trust in the firm - Keep accurate records of calls and prospect information - Collaborate with attorneys to determine qualifications of potential clients - Coordinate schedules to match prospects with available attorneys - Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently - Strong verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and follow systems and procedures - Typing speed of 40 words per minute - Excellent listening skills - Basic computer skills
Location & Hours:
- Located in downtown Tyler, TX - Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday - In-office position, no remote work opportunities available
