As an Intake Specialist at our boutique law firm specializing in Family Law, you will play a crucial role in providing support to potential clients and helping them navigate through challenging situations. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor various online communication channels and respond promptly and professionally - Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism - Perform conflict checks on potential clients - Input data and manage records in our CRM system - Schedule meetings for attorneys and handle voicemails - Follow-up with potential clients via web and telephone - Contribute to departmental improvements and advancements
Key Competencies/Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service - Proficiency with Apple products is a plus - Typing speed of 50 WPM with excellent accuracy - Driven, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated passion for helping people through challenging situations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Calm, non-judgmental, and professional demeanor

Compensation:
- Hourly range: $22.00 - $27.00 - Actual pay will be based on experience, location, and other job-related factors - Full-time employees may be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, and more - Additional voluntary programs available, such as accident insurance, life insurance, and pet insurance - Commuter and Transit programs may also be available
