Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective clients and companies via phone, email, and text messages - Conduct phone interviews with prospective clients and summarize notes - Process and review documents from prospective clients - Draft letters to companies requesting employee records - Schedule appointments and route incoming calls - Other duties as necessary
