Responsibilities: - Conduct case intake and ensure all necessary information is present - Review leases, legal forms, and correspondence for specific details - Contact clients via phone and email to obtain missing information - Accurate data entry
Qualifications: - Typing speed of 50 words per minute - Strong attention to detail - Professional communication skills - Basic mathematical abilities - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computers
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ProLaw
Schedule: - Full-time position, 40 hours/week - Business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday - Hybrid in-office and remote work model available for select positions
