Job Title: • Intake Specialist - Real Estate Law Firm
Experience Information: • Previous experience in a legal or customer service role is a plus.
Position Overview: • Key role in welcoming potential clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process • First point of contact for new inquiries • Responsible for gathering critical information and scheduling consultations • Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent client service required
Key Responsibilities: • Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients • Gather and input essential client information into our case management system (e.g., Clio) • Pre-screen clients to assess legal service needs and eligibility • Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to confirm appointments • Collaborate with legal team to ensure seamless handoff of client information • Maintain accurate records and compliance with intake procedures
Qualifications: • Previous experience in legal or customer service role preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in fast-paced environment • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio) or willingness to learn • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
