Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach contact center staff in appointment setting, retainer signing, and adherence to contact assessment protocols - Motivate and guide staff to meet activity goals and deliver on our methodology of client satisfaction and retention - Identify representation opportunities and provide guidance on recognizing closing cues - Coordinate call-service team activities and ensure shift operations run smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a call center coach or supervisor in an Inside Sales Center - Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively lead and inspire a team - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team leader - Positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and attention to detail - Commitment to meeting internal reporting deadlines and driving continuous improvement
