Responsibilities:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will provide free case consultations for potential clients and assist them in hiring our firm. Your main responsibilities will include:
Resolving client issues with professionalism and empathy Scheduling intake appointments and obtaining case details Electronically signing up clients and opening cases Accepting and making inbound and outbound calls Obtaining signed retainers from clients
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred Excellent communication and sales skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information Ability to multitask and learn quickly Team player with a reliable work schedule Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
