The ideal candidate will have at least three years of insurance coverage experience. The candidate should be admitted to the New Jersey bar and have a New York bar a plus.

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in insurance coverage. The candidate should be admitted to the New Jersey bar and have a New York bar a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide advice on insurance coverage matters, including coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters - Represent insurance carriers in coverage litigation, including suits involving bad faith allegations - Draft and argue motions in court - Negotiate settlements - Research and analyze insurance policies and legal issues - Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests - Prepare for depositions and trial
**Requirements:**
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to the New Jersey bar and have a New York bar a plus - At least three years of insurance coverage experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research and analytical skills
