Responsibilities: - Represent national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas - Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities - Conduct legal research, write briefs, and analyze case law - Collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategy and development - Attend hearings and depositions as needed
Requirements: - Admitted to the California bar in good standing - Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts - Experience in insurance coverage litigation preferred - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Salary Information: - Estimated $140,000 to $180,000 annually - Salary range is specifically for those working in California and may vary based on internal equity, market data, and applicant skills - Salary is determined based on relevant experience, degrees, or certifications
Workplace Type: - Hybrid work arrangements available - Work from both the office and remotely
