Job Description Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing Winncom Technologies’ market share by achieving sales objectives, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining and nurturing current customers in his or her specified geographic area and market segment. The ideal candidate will provide measurable sales objectives, will understand market competition, will quickly identify and prioritize new opportunities, and will understand, track and develop sales strategies based on market trends. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with management, other sales representatives, marketing, product management, and the customer to build profitability and loyalty with the client. Main Job Responsibilities Make daily calls to current/prospective clients to build relationships and provide sales support. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay on top of new technology. Assist clients in reducing costs and improving profitability by having a thorough grasp on Winncom and Winncom partner products and solutions. Maintain a thorough and expansive understanding of the telecommunications industry and trends. Take an active part in industry specific trade shows. Develop new business relationships. Respond to inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Clarify customers' understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features, answering questions, and offering relevant information. Continually monitor industry competition and regularly communicate findings to management through reports and other necessary written material. Maintain rapport with customers by making periodic contact, investigate new opportunities, and resolve problems.
