Job Summary: As an Indirect Tax-Property Tax Manager at EY, you will utilize your knowledge of tax practices to handle a wide range of tax areas and processes. This role offers opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities: As a Property Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting client engagements by coordinating interactions, reviewing staff work, and managing engagement economics - Developing tax planning strategies and identifying opportunities for special services - Staying updated on tax trends, developments, and legislation that impact clients - Applying tax knowledge to complex commercial real and personal property tax issues
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: - A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience, or equivalent experience in business or industry - CPA or JD certification - Broad exposure to state and local taxation - Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications: Ideally, you will also have: - Experience in a professional services environment - Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
