Inbound Sales Specialist - DeMayo Law Firm - Full Time

DeMayo Law Firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients. As the first point of contact for callers, you will play a crucial role in representing our firm and helping individuals pursue justice for their injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of incoming calls and set the tone for each client interaction - Apply firm's criteria, protocol, and procedures to assess caller's circumstances - Perform multiple tasks during calls, including scheduling appointments and analyzing accident reports - Effectively communicate next steps for potential legal representation - Professionally and kindly explain when the firm cannot assist a prospective client - Perform administrative duties related to customer service and client intake - "Sell" the firm and its services to potential clients - Meet call and appointment quotas - Provide exceptional care and compassion to all callers, regardless of the time of day
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered - 1 year of sales experience required; knowledge of personal injury/bodily injury field preferred - Outstanding customer service skills - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills
