Summary:
The San Jose, Costa Rica office of Fragomen, a leading global immigration services firm, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to serve as an on-site Immigration Program Analyst for one of their top clients. This is a rare opportunity for a candidate with 3 years of experience in global mobility and/or business immigration to join their team and gain valuable experience while working with the client's culture, practices, and procedures.
The role of an Immigration Program Analyst at Fragomen is to provide solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, while being a part of the industry-leading team. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement at the client's site in San Jose, Costa Rica.
The main responsibilities of the Immigration Program Analyst include managing and maintaining company-sponsored work visas and self-sponsored visas for new and existing employees, overseeing and implementing the PERM recruitment process, and maintaining compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for participating in onboarding and training new team members, updating immigration metrics and reports, and ensuring all cases remain within acceptable policy parameters.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in Human Resources or corporate immigration. They should also have knowledge or experience with international assignment taxation matters and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required.
