- Prepare and file visa applications and petitions for business and employment-based immigration cases - Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents - Maintain and manage case files, including tracking and responding to status inquiries - Communicate extensively with clients, attorneys, and government agencies - Draft immigration correspondence and support letters for attorney review - Assist labor and employment attorneys with court filings and case management
H2: Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification or degree, and/or appropriate combination of education and experience - Fluency in Korean language - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative team player with excellent writing, proofreading, and research skills - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of LawLogix or other immigration software is a plus
