Law Firm Seeking Immigration Paralegal I with Competitive Salary and Excellent Benefits Package!

Primary Responsibilities: - Take lead in email/phone client communications under direction of Senior Paralegal/Attorney - Provide guidance to assignees on proprietary systems and case processing - Manage status of all filed applications and petitions - Share process flow with assignees and identify problematic cases - Perform research and initiate contact with government agencies - Prepare internal caseload reports for management
Qualifications: - Comfortable and able to thrive in a high volume environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors - Superior client service skills - MS Office proficiency and ability to learn and navigate propriety software - At least 1 year of U.S. corporate immigration experience - Bachelor's Degree or PL certificate from ABA approved program
Working Conditions: - Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time - Able to perform general office administrative activities - Must be able to prioritize and complete testing required for multiple applications - Creativity and flexibility required - Occasional travel may be required
