Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Paralegal

Law firm, a top-tier immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. We are a collaborative and innovative firm that values hard work, fun, and diversity. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with attorneys to prepare, file, and monitor various immigration cases Communicate with clients via email and phone, providing guidance on proprietary systems and case processing Process advanced and varied corporate immigration cases Evaluate cases and escalate concerns to appropriate team members Prepare forms, letters, and correspondence for attorney review Manage status of filed applications and finalize documents after attorney review Utilize document and data management systems to prepare and record all aspects of client casework Perform research to obtain necessary information from government agencies Share process flow with clients and discuss strategies and solutions with attorneys Prepare reports for management on caseload status
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 1 year of law-related experience under a licensed attorney, or PL certificate from an ABA-approved program At least 1 year of U.S. corporate immigration experience Comfortable in a high-volume environment Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch errors Superior client service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and navigate proprietary software
