As an Immigration Legal Assistant, you will play an integral role in assisting immigrants with their legal needs. This includes preparing filings for Circuit Court and Immigration Court, e-filing, and completing and filing various applications with USCIS and the Immigration Court. You will also have the opportunity to draft motions, communicate with clients, and submit evidence filings.
The ideal candidate for this position is bilingual in Spanish and English, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and has at least 1 year of experience as an Immigration Legal Assistant (although previous experience is not required).
