Immigration Bilingual Paralegal The candidate should have experience in immigration law. Experience processing I-130, 45s, 601a, I-90, I-751, N-400 U Certification, VAWA petitions, Consular processing, SIJS, PW, I-601 and 212. Should have 3 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization. Must have 3 years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits. Must be able to translate documents from Spanish to English.
