Job Title: Immigration Assistant
Experience: Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related business experience
Salary: Competitive pay with discretionary annual bonus

Responsibilities: - Support attorneys and case managers in preparing, filing, and monitoring immigration and law matters - Communicate with clients and provide guidance on proprietary systems and case processing - Understand client communication procedures and requirements - Input services rendered and send to Accounting for processing - Learn procedures and documentation requirements for different case types - Process basic corporate immigration cases - Proactively escalate concerns to appropriate team members - Utilize templates and prepared materials to complete documents for attorney review - Manage status of filed applications and petitions - Utilize document and data management systems to prepare and record all aspects of client casework - Prepare internal caseload reports for management - Share process flow with clients - Conduct research to obtain necessary information - Initiate contact with government agencies and alert senior paralegal and/or attorney of potential delays or problems
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related business experience - Superb organizational skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong time management skills - Excellent English language skills - Proficient in MS Office and other software - Professional and respectful attitude towards coworkers - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working Conditions: - Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time - Able to perform general office administrative activities - Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally - Must be able to prioritize and complete testing required for multiple applications - Ability to be creative and flexible - Hours may exceed 40 hours per week - Occasional travel may be required
