Lee & Hayes, PC is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for providing desktop hardware and software support to employees, as well as assisting with conference room technology setups and maintaining IT documentation. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to users for desktop hardware and software issues. - Perform installations and upgrades of software on laptop computers. - Identify and resolve less complex problems immediately, and escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members. - Proactively recognize, research, isolate, and resolve actionable tickets. - Create, maintain, and modify employee phone systems. - Log problems into the ticket management system from various sources. - Maintain current knowledge of standard supported technology. - Suggest ideas for improving user relationships and recognize changing user needs. - Assist with product testing and collaborate with the IT team to meet department objectives. - Set up and monitor video teleconferencing meetings. - Build and configure computers for new and existing employees. - Relocate IT equipment as needed. - Set up network and database accounts. - Assist with conference room technology setups.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or 1-3 years of experience preferred. - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, are required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints. - Detail-oriented and able to provide accurate work products consistently. - Positive and professional attitude. - Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
