Law Firm in New Haven is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a law firm environment, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer and resolve IT support calls, both remotely and in person - Support various legal software and applications - Set up and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices - Assist with conference room set up and technical support - Diagnose and repair hardware issues - Work on projects and initiatives as needed
Technical Requirements: - Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Exchange Online - Experience with a Document Management System, preferably iManage - Knowledge of various legal software, such as Elite 3E and InterAction - Familiarity with IP networking, Citrix, and VPN - Ability to support mobile devices and 2FA security - Experience with service desk ticketing systems and PC hardware - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm EST, with flexibility for early or late shifts as needed
