# Job Summary **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Global IT Team located in Cleveland, Ohio. The position requires a minimum of three years of computer-operations experience, knowledge in MS Office products and document management support, client-server networks, and other network topologies. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technology-related support to the end user community and taking ownership of tickets in order to investigate, research, troubleshoot, escalate, and/or resolve issues in an efficient manner.
## Job Description The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technology-related support to the end user community. This includes receiving technology-related queries via telephone, email, third party vendors, or walk-ups and recording them in the team's service desk management tool. The IT Support Analyst is also required to take ownership of tickets and exercise a broad range of technical and problem-solving skills in order to investigate, research, troubleshoot, escalate, and/or resolve issues in an efficient manner. This is a complex multi-jurisdictional environment with an emphasis on security, compliance and policy, and analysts need to be able to exercise sound judgement in dealing with incidents.
## Job Requirements * A minimum of three years computer-operations experience, preferably in Windows or other Client/Server environment * Knowledge in MS Office products and document management support * Knowledge in client-server networks (Windows environment, specifically) and other network topologies * Experience with document management systems is preferred
## Salary This is a non-exempt position with a competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
## Work Hours Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is periodic overtime and holiday hours in this role.
