The IT Service Desk Support Analyst will provide front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets using Zendesk in a timely manner.
Experience with:
Office365
CRM
Windows 7, 8, 10
Skype
Google Apps
Adobe
Active Directory
SAP (not required, but helpful)
