Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity, creating project plans and monitoring performance - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet requirements and are completed successfully - Implement a comprehensive management plan and provide regular updates to executives - Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution - Create and maintain project documentation, assume responsibility for tasks and timelines - Gather critical information and produce insightful reports - Act as a liaison between IT and various departments - Evaluate software solutions and manage user expectations - Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Consult with groups throughout the firm to implement modern technology - Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings - Streamline processes and automate workflows through the creation and implementation of solutions - Execute standardized change management processes
Qualifications:
- Experience using Smartsheet to create solutions and workflow automations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work - Aptitude for building relationships and managing conflicts - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing - Organizational and time management skills - Experience in Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, and iOS systems - Ability to learn new tools and technologies - Proven experience in information technology - Technical background and understanding of software development and web technologies - Ability to handle high stress situations with a positive attitude - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Strong business acumen and work ethic - Basic AI experience and innovative mindset
Education and Experience:
- Smartsheet Product and Solution Certification preferred - 3 years of IT experience with significant project management experience - 3 years in a business analyst or project management role - PMP certification or related project management coursework preferred - Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Salary Information:
- Actual base pay will depend on qualifications, experience, education, and location - Anticipated pay range for primary location in Palo Alto: - San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $116,875 - $158,125 per year - Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $105,400 - $142,600 per year - Salt Lake City and all other locations: $93,500 - $126,500 per year
