Work type: Full Time Administrative Location: Systems Office - Indianapolis, IN Categories: Information Technology General Description of Position: The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for engaging and coordinating in the timely and successful completion of a variety of projects and special initiatives within the purview of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) team. Major Responsibilities: Coordinates the workflow associated with multiple projects and initiatives housed within the Office of Information Technology team. Facilitates project meetings and discussions, documenting and synthesizing discussions, and establishing and assigning actionable next steps. Collaborates with IT team members on the detailed, robust implementation plans with built-in continuous improvement methods. Tracks deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes of projects across OIT. Serves to assist OIT team members with documentation, presentation slides, marketing materials, ServiceNow and Salesforce enhancements, etc. This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required. General knowledge of higher education is required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree. Two or more years of experience coordinating and facilitating projects. IT experience is preferred but not required.
