Law Firm Seeks IT Endpoint Management Analyst with 2 years of experience in enterprise environment for full-time position at Operations Center in Brandon
H1: Join Our Team as an IT Endpoint Management Analyst at a Leading Law Firm in Brandon
H2: Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate products and maintain standard desktop platform for firm applications. - Utilize Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM for task sequence creation and maintenance. - Create and evaluate standardized installations for approved applications to automate delivery to endpoints. - Manage software update patching using SCCM and Ivanti Patch for SCCM. - Develop and manage Quality Assurance processes for workstations and deployments. - Consult with technical staff and users on new technologies. - Stay up-to-date on PC hardware specifications and configurations. - Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams and vendor support for resolution. - Generate reports to show compliance with policies and deployments. - Respond to incidents and problems through Service Now ticketing system. - Additional duties and projects as assigned.
H2: Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 2 years of experience with SCCM and/or Intune in an enterprise environment. - 4 years supporting desktop/server systems in an enterprise environment. - Experience with application delivery automation, patch management, endpoint imaging, package creation and deployment, and configuration baselines. - Strong experience with recent Windows workstation and server operating systems. - Intermediate experience with recent Microsoft Office products. - Basic experience creating testing environments. - Knowledge of Information Security best practices and baselines. - Experience with change management procedures. - Knowledge of Ivanti products and legal vertical applications is a plus.

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. - Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
