IT Business Analyst / Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary:
WLG is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our company's processes and aligning them with IT solutions. You will also play a key role in change management, opportunity identification, and project management support. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map business processes using story mapping techniques - Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in business processes and IT solutions - Ensure alignment between IT services and business requirements - Develop and implement change management strategies - Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and IT capabilities - Guide business stakeholders and advocate for IT solutions that align with business needs - Support project managers with documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication - Develop training materials and provide support to employees during transitions and process changes - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change and improvement initiatives - Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements - Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business process improvement, change management, and/or business analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies - Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or ITIL - Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL) are a plus but not required - Experience with project management and agile methodologies - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
