Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in trademark prosecution? Do you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and have a strong attention to detail? If so, we want you to join our team as an IP Specialist in Trademark Prosecution at our prestigious law firm.
As an IP Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support legal professionals, supervisors, and external clients on all trademark prosecution matters. You will also have the chance to assist with overflow work in our Application Drafting Center or patent prosecution departments, providing you with a well-rounded experience in the field of intellectual property law.
We are looking for candidates with at least 3-5 years of secretarial experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. Previous experience in trademark prosecution and/or litigation is preferred, along with familiarity with various databases and online tools such as USPTO's TEAS, TSDR, TESS, and ESTTA.
In addition to gaining valuable experience in a dynamic legal setting, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $78,000.
