Job Description: - The ideal candidate will have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes, with experience in inter partes review petitions being highly desirable. - A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred. - The role will primarily be based in Northern California.
Job Requirements: - Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. - Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required. - Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
