Law Firm Seeking IP Litigation Resource Attorney with Minimum 5 Years Experience and Salary Range of $220,000 - $325,000
The IP Litigation Resource Attorney will play a critical role in supporting the firm's award-winning Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is responsible for keeping the group informed, efficient, and successful, and will work closely with attorneys in the group to develop resources and stay current on legal and regulatory developments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Stay current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the IP Litigation group. - Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, blog posts and similar publications. - Create, maintain and update archives of work product and know-how. - Assist with coordination of speaking arrangements, webinars and materials. - Work with our Marketing department to formulate and execute on our branding and presence and evaluating market trends. - Collect and provide information to the Marketing department to assist lawyers and the Marketing team with responses to RFPs and other opportunities for business development. - Foster consistency, know-how and approach with clients and prospective clients within the group. - Coordinate with Professional Development to ensure and enhance the skills development of members of the group and firmwide training. - Coordinate with Information Services to assess available technologies and to develop new solutions that can be used to leverage efficiencies within the group.
Skills & Experience:
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation, as well as some trade secret litigation experience.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $220,000 - $325,000. This is dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
