Job Title: IP/Commercial Litigation/E-Discovery Paralegal Experience: 1-5 years Department: Intellectual Property & Technology and Commercial Litigation Location: Tampa, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to attorneys in the Intellectual Property & Technology and Commercial Litigation departments. - Assist with patent and trademark prosecution, including electronic filing and docketing. - Support attorneys during patent and trademark litigation. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other legal professionals. - Manage E-Discovery process, including data collection, processing, and review. - Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and document management.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting. - Strong computer skills and attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules. - Experience with document review platforms and management systems preferred. - BA/BS degree preferred.
