Berridge Manufacturing Company, a leader in the architectural metal panel industry for over 40 years, is hiring an experienced, full-time Inside Sales CSR to assist customers, representatives and architects with sales and technical related inquiries associated with Berridge products for assigned territories. The principal function of this position is to: Assist customers, outside sales reps, contractors and architects with sales orders and technical related inquiries regarding all Berridge architectural metal products. The ideal candidate should possess and demonstrate the following: College degree or 5 years experience in a construction related field. Customer service and sales experience. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Navision a plus. High-level, self-motivation, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Punctuality and professionalism. Ability to write and speak Spanish is a plus. Berridge Manufacturing Company offers a competitive salary, 401K, medical/dental insurance, vacation, holiday and sick pay. This position is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
