Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm based in New York, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled hybrid litigation attorney to join our team. As a hybrid litigation attorney, the ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in civil or criminal litigation, with a preference for experience in products liability, premises liability, and general liability. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle a case from start to finish. Admission to practice in New York is required, with admission in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania preferred but not required.
