We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with business formation experience to join our growing team in Solana Beach, California.

As an Estate Planning Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with successful and entrepreneurial clients from across the nation and abroad. As an experienced Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to assess their financial situation, goals, and concerns. You will then use your expertise to draft trusts and other testamentary documents tailored to the unique needs of high net-worth clients. Additionally, you will develop tax-efficient strategies to minimize estate taxes, gift taxes, and other tax liabilities, as well as advise clients on wealth preservation, asset protection, and philanthropic strategies.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the State Bar of California. Admission to the bar in other states, such as WY, NV, or FL, is a plus. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
